Payment for the Goods is made either via the Website by using a credit or debit card when the order is placed or via telephone by calling 01423-509433 by credit or debit card or by sending a cheque to Pye Tait Limited, Royal House, 110, Station Parade, Harrogate, HG1 1EP
We endeavour to have Goods despatched within three business days of your order. In the event we do not have the product or service in stock at the time of such order we will inform you by email of the likely date of delivery.
Under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel any orders for any reason by issuing the Company with a notice of cancellation in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods quoting your order number.
You must not use the Goods prior to returning them and take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession.
All returned Goods must be sealed in the original packaging in the condition in which you received them. In the case of DVDs this means that they must be returned with the original cellophane wrapping unbroken and with no signs of the packaging having been opened and resealed. No DVDs will be accepted as being validly returned unless the cellophane wrapper is both unbroken and unopened.
As long as the Goods have been validly returned we will reimburse you for the price paid for the Goods within 30 days of the Goods being received back at the Company’s offices in their original packaging, unused.
We reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping cancelled goods from the total amount reimbursed to the customer, where payment for shipping was not originally incurred by the customer, but instead born by the company on the understanding that the goods were not being returned.
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this Website from the United Kingdom. The Company makes no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations.
